One-to-One
This most intensive level is perfectly tailored to the individual. Elements covered depend entirely on what client and trainer identify as areas wanting improvement. This can comprise stage craft (using the stage, gesturing, voice, making the most of audio equipment, etc.), speech creation or pre- and in-event support (such as liasing with organisers, stage check, technical check, etc.) to name but a few.
The main benefits are individual attention, the possible focus on specific assignments and greatest flexibility in timing to accommodate the client’s needs. The observation and/or recording of the client by the trainer during a real-life presentation can be arranged on request and will be included in the fee.
Feedback and practical advice are integral to this at all times. As with all our services support extends beyond the actual time spent with the client. The psychological element comes to the fore, where inner barriers to effective communication are broken down.
Small Group Training
This can be offered where up to four executives can join forces for intensive training sessions. The content can be chosen according to the participants’ individual needs and could contain, for example, audience analysis and topic development, stage craft (voice, eye contact, body movement, etc.) or visual aids.
Clients benefit from the motivational as well as educational effect of seeing and hearing others perform. A central part is the discussion-based learning, rather than a tedious seminar style where trainees are condemned to listen for hours on end without having the opportunity to relate what they are studying directly to a practical application.
Sessions often last a whole day and most individual arrangements can be accommodated.
Small Group Series and Mastermind Class
This is a special offer of six pre-booked sessions over a period of up to nine months for those choosing Small Group Training. Participants not only profit from special discounted rates. One of the most important elements here is the opportunity of intensive follow-up training (including group analysis of presentations given), networking, cross-over topic development, etc.
As part of the mastermind set-up, participants will be encouraged to exchange experiences, give feedback, and look at communication in a wider sense.
